This AI Disclaimer applies to the Paius website, application, preflight tools, reports, receipts, analytics, dashboards, recommendations, risk indicators, workflow assessments, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Paius is operated by Kinard Applied Solutions LLC, through the product Paius (“Paius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Purpose of Paius
Paius helps users estimate, review, manage, and govern AI workflow costs, usage, risk, approvals, analytics, and business value. Paius is designed to support decision-making, not replace human judgment or professional review.
2. AI-Assisted Outputs
Paius may produce or support:
- AI workflow cost estimates;
- Preflight assessments;
- Usage and cost analytics;
- Risk indicators;
- Confidence indicators;
- Alternative workflow suggestions;
- Approval records;
- Receipts;
- Dashboards;
- Business value estimates;
- Explanations, summaries, or recommendations.
These outputs may be generated, supported, or enhanced by AI, algorithms, user inputs, assumptions, third-party data, pricing information, or configured business logic.
3. Outputs May Be Inaccurate
Paius outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. AI pricing, token usage, model availability, vendor terms, usage patterns, labor assumptions, and business conditions may change.
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and confirming all outputs before relying on them.
4. Estimates Are Not Guarantees
Cost estimates, savings estimates, ROI estimates, labor-value calculations, risk assessments, and workflow recommendations are estimates only. Paius does not guarantee that actual costs, savings, performance, risk, compliance status, or business outcomes will match Paius outputs.
5. No Professional Advice
Paius does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, procurement, medical, security, compliance, employment, insurance, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that require professional judgment.
6. High-Impact Decisions
Paius should not be used as the sole basis for decisions involving legal rights, employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, safety, financial eligibility, regulatory compliance, or other high-impact matters.
If you use Paius outputs in sensitive or high-impact contexts, you are responsible for appropriate human review, professional oversight, documentation, and compliance.
7. Customer Inputs
Paius outputs depend heavily on the information you provide. Inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or vague inputs may produce inaccurate or unreliable outputs.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Customer Content submitted to Paius.
8. AI Providers and Training
Paius uses or may use AI service providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini, to support product functionality and service operations.
Under Paius's current architecture and feature configuration, customer-submitted prompts, workflow descriptions, uploaded files, and Customer Content are not transmitted to external AI model providers unless Paius discloses that processing, obtains any required consent, or the customer enables a feature that requires such transmission.
Paius does not use Customer Content to train Paius models and does not fine-tune AI models using Customer Content.
We may use anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified data to understand product usage, improve system performance, develop features, and evaluate business trends, provided that such data does not identify a customer or individual.
9. No Warranty
Paius provides AI-assisted outputs “as is” and without warranty. Paius disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing all outputs;
- Validating assumptions;
- Confirming current AI vendor pricing and terms;
- Obtaining professional advice where appropriate;
- Applying human judgment;
- Maintaining documentation;
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable law and internal policies.
