This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to use of the Paius website, application, platform, tools, dashboards, reports, preflight assessments, receipts, analytics, approvals, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Kinard Applied Solutions LLC, through the product Paius (“Paius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using Paius, you agree to this AUP.
1. General Rule
You may use Paius only for lawful, authorized, and responsible purposes. You may not use Paius in a way that harms Paius, other users, third parties, systems, networks, data, or the integrity of the Service.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Paius to:
2.1 Violate Laws or Rights
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or contractual obligation;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or proprietary rights;
- Submit content that you do not have the right to use, upload, process, or disclose;
- Facilitate fraud, deception, identity theft, or illegal activity.
2.2 Harm Systems or Security
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Paius, accounts, systems, networks, or data;
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or degrade the Service;
- Circumvent rate limits, usage limits, billing systems, security controls, or access controls;
- Introduce malware, viruses, worms, logic bombs, or harmful code;
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools without authorization.
2.3 Abuse Accounts, Billing, or Free Plans
- Create multiple accounts to bypass limits or payment obligations;
- Share accounts without authorization;
- Misrepresent identity, affiliation, organization, or billing information;
- Abuse promotions, free plans, trials, or credits;
- Avoid or manipulate payment obligations.
2.4 Misuse AI or Outputs
- Represent Paius estimates, outputs, or recommendations as guaranteed facts;
- Use Paius as the sole basis for legal, medical, accounting, tax, financial, employment, insurance, housing, credit, safety, or other high-impact decisions;
- Use Paius outputs to deceive, defraud, impersonate, harass, or manipulate others;
- Use Paius to generate or support harmful, abusive, or illegal activity.
2.5 Upload Harmful or Unauthorized Content
You may not upload or submit content that:
- Contains malware or harmful code;
- Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, or exploitative;
- Violates intellectual property rights;
- Violates confidentiality obligations;
- Includes data you are not authorized to submit;
- Is intended to harm Paius, users, or third parties.
3. Sensitive and Regulated Data
Paius does not require sensitive or regulated data. If you submit sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or regulated data, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have authority to do so and that your use complies with applicable law.
Paius is not designed to be used as a dedicated system of record for protected health information, payment card data, government identification numbers, children’s data, or other highly regulated data unless Paius expressly agrees in writing.
4. Security Research
You may not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, scraping, security research, or similar activity against Paius without prior written authorization.

5. Enforcement
Paius may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Paius may suspend, limit, or terminate access; remove content; preserve evidence; notify affected parties; or report conduct to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.
Paius is not required to provide advance notice before taking action when Paius believes action is necessary to protect the Service, users, data, systems, or third parties.
